Job Description:
We are looking for a PHP CodeIgniter Developer who will be responsible for developing web-based app no matter what stage it is currently in. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
Skills Required: PHP, Ajax, MVC, Payment Gateway, CodeIgniter Framework.
- Excellent Knowledge of CodeIgniter Framework and experience in building libraries, factories, and facades.
- Good Knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL/PostgresSQL), Database Designing, and Query Optimisation Techniques.
- Expertise in PHP, MVC Frameworks, and good technology exposure of CodeIgniter OpenCart or any CMS added advantage.
- Good Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap & JavaScript Frameworks (AngularJS/ReactJS/VueJS).
- Version Controlling Systems & Repository Management Tools like Git, Bit Bucket, and CI/CD process.
- Cloud Servers (AWS/Rackspace/Linode), related services, and server administration like setting up Apache/Nginx, php-fpm etc.
- Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
- Good Communication (Written/Verbal) Skills.
Experience Required:
- Must have minimum 1 year of experience in the similar job or role.
- Strong PHP hands on experience
- Experience in Unit Testing using Testing Frameworks like PHPUnit/phpspec
- Demonstrable experience with PHP including OOP, security, refactoring & design patterns.
- Hands-on experience in RESTful API design and development including implementation of oAuth2.0 for authentication and authorization.
- Good Debugging Skills.

- Prior experience in payment gateway / Ecommerce domain is a plus.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop, record, and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms
- Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team • Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
- Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
- Utilize back end data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your front-end developer into the application.
- Perform UI/backend tests to optimize performance.
- Adhere closely to development plans and anticipate changes to specifications or schedules as they become necessary during development.
- Work with project managers when gathering requirements, presenting work, etc., and be able to take complex technical terms and break them down into layman's terms.
- Involve in Preparing and Maintaining Application Documentation.
Qualifications Required:
- Any relevant Bachelor / Master degree or equivalent technical experience, MCA/BTech/MTech is a significant plus
